Here's the comment from the source code which explains it:

/* Since it passed flags test in tcp match, we know it is is
    not a fragment, and has data >= tcp header length.  SYN
    packets should not contain data: if they did, then we risk
    running over MTU, sending Frag Needed and breaking things
    badly. --RR */

In other words, SYN packets cannot have data, so the total length
of the packet must be the same as the tcp header length, otherwise
it is a bad length.

MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.
MSS = 1452
MSS is optimized for PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising your MTU value.
Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 5808
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 5808

RWIN seems to be set to a very small number. If you're on a broadband connection, consider using a larger value.
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
511104 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of
255552 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
127776 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
63888 (MSS x 44)

to co wkleiłeś wygląda dobrze

1.napisz czy masz jakieś firewalle/antywirusy
2. instalowałeś najnowsze sterowniki od karty sieciowej ?
3. routerów ani żadnych modemów nie masz?
4. wklej wynik polecenia ping na wp.pl
5. zobacz jaki masz transfer podczas ściągania tego pliku http://kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/li....6.28.7.tar.bz2
6. próbowałeś podłączyć innego laptopa i sprawdzić czy internet zachowuje się tak samo ?


1. zapora windows wyłączona/ antywirys - AVG free edition
2. Ściągnąłem sterownik ze strony via, ale tutaj jest problem. Pamiętam, że wcześniej karta chodziła jako Via 10/100 fast ethernet Rhine II, a teraz windows po instalce wykrywa ją jako Via fast ethernet, nie wiem czemu
